    It is designed for the magnetic injection molding technology, hot mixing the magnetic powders and organic plastics。
It adopts modern foreign molding-magnetic dry granulation techniques. It can be molded at one time and used directly in injection-molding machine production.
    Characteristics：The mixing chamber is evidently shorten, which avoids the waste caused by the oxidative degradation and excess residues inside the charging barrel due to lengthy mixing time of the metal magnetic powders. The bi-patch spurt design enables the materials continuously and uniformly mixed at a high level， ensures no product differences resulted from mass production and offers efficient and consistent mixing effects.
    The chamber can be opened to clean up, which is convenient for exchanging recipe. It can resize the granules, suitable for all the injection-molding machines

    It is designed for felting magnet pressing techniques. It can make the magnetic powders uniformly mixed with the organic compounds under vacuum conditions and recycle the media to lower the costs and protect the environment.
    The bunkers are entirely made with stainless steels, therefore materials may be mixed uniformly under vacuum conditions and its oxidization can be avoided during the process of blending, consequently the magnetic stability is ensured. The wall of the bunkers is double-layered to adjust the temperature inside the bunkers. SAL display system is adopted inside the bunkers, on which the working conditions can be directly observed.
The machine is equipped with a condenser, which can deoxidize and recycle acetone at the rate of 80%, accordingly reduce the production costs significantly, improve working environment and protect the environment.
